Our Story:

CORE Women was founded by Teresa Alvarado, a woman who has experienced the transformative power of God's love in her own life. From a challenging childhood marked by trauma and abuse, Teresa discovered healing and purpose through her faith in Christ. Her personal journey of overcoming adversity led her to envision a community where women can find hope, support, and mentorship to build a solid core from the inside out.
