CORE Women exists to help women discover healing, empowerment, and transformation. We believe every woman carries incredible God-given potential within her. Our purpose is to walk with you as you build a strong inner core—rooted in faith, resilience, and excellence.

CORE Women was founded by Teresa Alvarado, a woman transformed by the power of God’s love. From a childhood marked by trauma and abuse, Teresa discovered healing and purpose in Christ. Her journey of overcoming adversity sparked a vision: a community where women can find hope, mentorship, and strength to rise from the inside out.
